Terms and Conditions Om Meditation Timer

Effective date: July 17, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Om Timer mobile app ("the App") provided by Morsa Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. The Service Om Timer is a meditation and breathing timer. The App lets you run timed sessions, optionally play YouTube videos, use an Apple Watch companion for session status and live heart rate, and use a Home Screen widget. Some features require a paid subscription. The timer itself remains available without a subscription. Non-subscribers may receive a limited free video play; unlimited videos and related premium features require a subscription. Subscriptions and Purchases The App offers the following in-app purchases through the Apple App Store: - A weekly auto-renewing subscription - A yearly auto-renewing subscription Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Apple processes all billing. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Prices: Prices are shown in the App and may change with notice. Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases using the Restore Purchases option in the App. Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. Acceptable Use You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: - Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws - Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App - Use the App for any purpose that could harm others or interfere with the App's operation You are responsible for any YouTube or other third-party content you choose to play in the App and for complying with that third party's terms. Intellectual Property The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party content such as YouTube videos), is owned by Morsa Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Disclaimers The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Mindful Minutes, heart rate display, HealthKit writes, notifications, Watch sync, and widget updates are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that health data will always be saved, that heart rate will always be available or accurate, or that notifications will always be delivered on time or at all. Device settings, permissions, battery, connectivity, Do Not Disturb, and other factors may affect these features. YouTube videos are provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morsa Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed session alerts, unavailable heart rate, Health sync failures, or issues with third-party video content. Termination We may discontinue or modify the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
